I got several choice whether wanna go to Pangkor or Lumut. At first, I was thinking my selection` will be Pangkor. I stopped at Sungai Buloh R&R and went to Burger King. Suddenly, I remember my ex-colleague which are new DOS for one of the resort properties in Lumut.
So she told me, I need to check in Swiss Garden website and after that I need to click into the shopping cart. Here is the interesting part, when you type Swiss Garden Damai Laut in google search engine & the first website will be appear is www.damailaut.com. I spoke with the reservation and found out that www.damailaut.com is their agent website. I bet you, when you access to this website is look like the swiss garden real website. According to them, they cannot do anything. This travel agent is the biggest contributor for Swiss Garden Damai Laut. Of course, you have copy everything even your website look like Swiss Garden Damaui Laut. So many guest complaining on this issue until now they cannot do anything.

How to go Swiss Garden ? Easy, there are two ways from Kuala Lumpur.
1. Take the North South Expressway, starting from Damansara toll plaza. Please
exit in Bidor (You can check the Toll Fare in Plus) & drive along this route straight to Teluk Intan. Before you reaching Teluk Intan City you can see the
signboard to Swiss Garden Damail Laut or Sitiawan/Pulau Pangkor. Please
follow the signboard towards Sitiawan/Pulau Pangkor. You will reach traffic

In the middle road you will the signboard to Swiss Garden Damai Laut. Just follow the road and you will end-up in Swiss Garden Damai Laut.

According to their Front Office, their have done all room renovation for their left wing. But for the right wing their waiting for the time to do some room renovation. Anyway remember one thing, you having some issue. Please look at their Duty Manager, if not their Assistant Manager or it will goes to Front Office Manager.
